Welcome to TheCubbyStop. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, tools, and services provided at TheCubbyStop.com and its subdomains (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Gigglemite Designs, a division of Gigglemite LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

TheCubbyStop provides web-based tools that help users manage various aspects of their personal and professional lives. Each tool is hosted on a subdomain and operates by reading from and writing to your personal Google account.
3. Google Account Requirement
Use of our tools requires a Google account. By using our tools, you authorize the specific Google API permissions requested by each tool. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
4. Data Ownership & Storage
You own your data. All data created through our tools is stored in your Google account. We do not store, access, or process your tool data on our servers. We have no claim to any data you create using our tools.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated means to access the Service without written consent
- Reproduce or create derivative works without permission
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all tools, code, design, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by Gigglemite LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. "TheCubbyStop," "Gigglemite Designs," and "Gigglemite" are trademarks of Gigglemite LLC.
7. Availability & Changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time. Because your data is stored in your Google account, discontinuation does not affect your data.
8. Pricing
Pricing for individual tools may vary and will be clearly communicated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not retroactively affect existing paid subscriptions until renewal.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIGGLEMITE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gigglemite LLC from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Third-Party Services
Our tools interact with Google services and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Upon termination, your data remains in your Google account and is unaffected.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in California courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
